This email inbox is proactively monitored, so you can confidently expect your query to be addressed. We aim to respond to enquiries within 30 working days but will usually be in touch much sooner.

We may share this information with third party service providers to carry out age and identity verification processes. We also use the services of a third-party payment agent to process financial transactions, but we do not store or process any financial data such as credit card numbers ourselves.
